James Willis is the founder of Asphalt Jungle. People from the future occasionally visit the office and thank him for inventing that "time travel thing-a-ma-bob". AJ began with James's idea of creating a company that valued and pushed the limits of design, challenged and breed creativity and constantly reached for more. Senior Designer / Web Developer
Ruben Lotina comes from Lleida, a small town in Catalonia, Spain. He first studied Forestry Engineering but soon realized that he was not born for the job, so he studied Computer Science. In this field he felt more challenged, well suited and it was here he discovered his true passion -- web design. During the last several years, he has tried to learn everything in the field through his own work and teaching others. He is now the MASTER. The first time he visited New York, he fell in love with the city and promised himself that he would return to live and work here, and here he is! He loves soccer, skiing, travelling and clothes, and he never says no to tiramisu. He is currently practicing for the NBT's (National Billiard Tournaments, yes, he is THAT good.) which will be held in Austria this year.
Operations Manager
Like any individual with a Napoleon complex, Louisa Carbone is driven, thorough, and needs to sit in a booster seat when driving. Known around the AJ offices as “The Mayor,” our Office Manager, nurtures our artistic capabilities with her Kool-Aid smile and maternal wit. She is currently working towards graduating with a bachelor degree in Business Management, with minors in Human Resource Management, Consumer Behavior and Small Business Entrepreneurship. Upon graduation she plans on going back to lengthen the list a little longer in hopes of entering the Guinness Book of World Records. Thanks to her, the AJ team has a better grasp of our client’s aesthetic and ensures that our work is of its highest quality. She drives the business by effectively managing and communicating the work flow to clients and to the AJ team. With her positive nature and free-flowing mermaid hair, she is a pleasure to work with. Even though the election only consisted of 5 votes, we know this mayor was picked unanimously! And that Ladies and Gentlemen is why we call her The Mayor.

L is for Laura Varn. el V, as we say, is a native Tallahassee Lassie who graduated from FSU. She works with clients to bring their creative visions to life. Her leadership and innovative design sensibility has led to the creation of an array of award winning projects as well as helped several respected brands extend their presence online. She is a music junkie, a fish at heart, loves 3 handsome bros, cheese, loafing around NY and Europe (she will travel whenever, where ever... ask -- seriously.) and has high hopes of acting and being in a killer band.
Accountant
Donna is a beam of shining, smiling white light -- a breath of fresh air. Donna is a biker chick who loves the thrill and the freedom her motorcycle, Lucky Lady, gives her. She is honest, precise, noble, and we are fortunate to have her as a part of the AJ team.
